Jeri Huempfner-Gatz, the interim director of religious education at the Unitarian Church of Montclair, performed the nondenominational ceremony at the Woman's Club of Upper Montclair, N.J. The bride, 37, is keeping her name. She is a coordinating producer for ABC News Productions, a division of the network in New York. She graduated from Gettysburg College and received a master's degree in English literature from New York University, where she is a doctoral candidate in 14th-century English literature.
