W.I Fisk has been relieved from duty in the office of the Chief of Engineers and ordered to New-Orleans, relieving Major William H. Heur, who is ordered to San Francisco, relieving Capt. A.H. Payson. Cadet Wallace R. Stokes has resigned to take effect Oct. 20.
